With an experienced background in Enterprise Portfolio Management, IT Strategy Consulting and Practice Management, Chris works for leading UK Technology Services provider IT Lab as a Principal Management Consultant, spending his time engaging with UK and International organisations, scoping out transformational programmes, creating digital business strategies and providing various types of management consultancy and IT leadership.
Previously, Chris was Head of Advisory and Management for a Microsoft Gold Partner. This included leading their Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Portfolio Management and Business Analysis practices, defining and delivering transformational strategies, projects and programmes to their diverse customer base.
With experience in both Waterfall and Agile Project Management, Enterprise Programme Management, Change Management and Enterprise Architecture, Chris’ diverse range of skills and competencies have enabled him to consult at a strategic level with some major brands and large organisations throughout the UK and Europe.
Chris has previously led transformational programmes against business cases upwards of £30m, and consistently scoped, delivered or overseen a portfolio which delivers cutting edge technology and digital transformation for its clients. With these projects and programmes structured to meet various strategic outcomes and objectives, Chris is a specialist in leading organisational and cultural change, transforming businesses and working with C-level stakeholders to maximise growth, revenue, profit and stakeholder satisfaction.
In his spare time, Chris spends time with his family, is an avid boxing fan, plays football and dips in and out of various other hobbies and sports.
